Apple Cider Vinegar and Its 3000 Uses

Hello all, today I’ll be talking about the wonderful health benefits of Apple Cider Vinegar and I’ll even provide you with my very own recipe for an Apple Cider Vinegar bath.

Clean Up, Clean Up…Everybody, Everywhere!!!!

ACV has a multitude of cleaning applications, and with a pH of 5-6 its highly alkaline which means it can eat through most dirt and grime. All you have to do get a spray bottle from the dollar store, add equal parts ACV and water in it and you’re good to go. This works great over the entire house, especially the bathroom where bacteria THRIVES! If you don’t like the smell of ACV don’t worry, the smell will fade as it dries. This is amazing because that spray bottle can also double as an deodorizer. So whenever your house smells a lil’ funky you can always turn your fan on and spray a mist of ACV into the air.

Health Benefits of ACV Explored, What is “Snapback”?

Next we will explore the health benefits of ACV in its relation to pH balance. Our bodies pH balance is very vital to how healthy or sick we become. Keeping our bodies in an alkaline state will almost surely keep you healthy. Anything with a pH balance of 0 is HIGHLY acidic and anything with a pH balance of 14 is HIGHLY alkaline. Apple cider vinegar is the only type of vinegar thats alkaline forming once it enters our bodies. With that being said, one might ask, “Can I drink ACV since its so good for me?” The answer is NO, DO NOT DRINK APPLE CIDER VINEGAR RAW, it can/will damage the lining of your esophagus and stomach, which isn’t healthy at all. Instead, if you choose to do so, take a teaspoon of it and put it in a bottle of water or juice, you WILL taste the difference. Some sites will even tell you to put a teaspoon in Green Tea in order to increase your metabolism but I don’t even recommend that. I have tried the Green Tea X ACV mix and it made me feel uncomfortable and gassy for the majority of the day, I didn’t like that.

Instead I recommend taking a bath in ACV in order to make your pH more alkaline. Now I know most men are wondering, “Why would I want to take a vinegar bath, ain’t that for females?” Well the answer is historically “yes” but as I stated previously, keeping your pH alkaline will ward off disease and in some reports help manage/prevent prostate cancer though the results aren’t consistent across the board and more studies need to be carried out.

Nonetheless, here’s #FreedomOrDeaths ACV Bath Concoction:

DISCLAIMER: Before you try this understand how your body works, everyone is made up different so I will not be held responsible if there’s any malfunction

  • 1/2 bottle of Bragg’s Apple Cider Vinegar (32 oz)
  • 1/2 cup of Organic Coconut Oil
  • 1/2 cup of Organic Lemon Juice
  • 6 Green Tea Bags, steeped
  • 2X2X2″ cube of African Black Soap

In order for you to really feel the effects of this mixture it must be concentrated, which means using 25-50% LESS water than you would normally. You will feel slightly dizzy when you go to stand up and this is because of the Apple Cider Vinegar though I’m not sure why. It will pass in about 5-10 minutes.

On a lighter note black women have been using vinegar or “Snapback” as Mike Epps so eloquently put it on Underrated and Never Faded, for years as a way to constrict the blood vessels in their vagina. The hilarious thing about this is that my first time hearing about this topic is from Mike Epps, which had a lasting impression on me. Not only does it tighten the vaginal lining but ACV carries anti-fungal and anti-bacterial properties which can restore a womans’ natural pH levels.

If you’ve never heard of the phenomenon that is “Snapback” peep the clip below and have a laugh!!!

Chicago’s Filthy Secret…Drink Up!

The Disgusting Problem

In the wake of the Flint, Michigan water crisis Chicago has its own problems to deal with and the proof is in the water. Well, more so the LEAD in the water that comes from outdated pipes that costs millions of dollars to repair. The problem with lead poisoning, for those that don’t know, shows a direct relation to decreases in IQ, behavioral disorders and even juvenile delinquency.

“In an interview, Dr. Needleman emphasized: “I’m not saying that lead exposure is the cause of delinquency. It is a cause and one with the biggest handle to prevention.” He explained: “Lead is a brain poison that interferes with the ability to restrain impulses. It’s a life experience which gets into biology and increases a child’s risk for doing bad things.”

The New York Times, February 7, 1996

To make it hit home even harder the Chicago Tribune reported, “Mirroring a pattern that dates to at least 2003, most of the homes tested last year are concentrated on the city’s Far Northwest and Southwest sides — areas where cases of childhood lead poisoning are rare.” This was over 13 years ago and its plain to see that even then they knew how bad lead poisoning was so they covered it up.The data from the 2003 study may show that there were extremely low incidences of increased but that’s only because the people in that area have access to lead free water!

Good job Chicago!

The same article reported, “Most big cities, including New York and Boston, stopped using lead pipes during the 1940s and ’50s. Chicago’s plumbing code required lead service pipes until the day they were banned nationwide in 1986.”

Here’s an excerpt from the  Chicago Tribune:

“Banning lead in paint and phasing it out of gasoline has led to a steady decline in childhood lead poisoning. But a 2015 Tribune investigation revealed it remains a pernicious problem in the same poor, predominantly African-American neighborhoods on the West and South sides that have given Chicago a national reputation for violence and academic failure.”

The latter sentence is definitely offensive to my people and can I say it’s not true? No. But they forgot to mention the fact that lead poisoning at an early age contributes to an increase in aggressiveness and impulsive behavior not to mention an effort to maintain the myth of the super predator. It’s not that our people are savages or dumb the image of black people has been tainted by the media and we buy into it every time.

It’s important to take note that the areas with access to the cleanest water sources, are also the areas that receive the most TIF money:tif-moneys-600.jpgChicago Reader, 2016

The Solution

Obviously the overall solution would be to repair the pipes, but as a result taxes would have to go up if the city takes the bill. We should unify in arms just as Philadelphia did and file a class action lawsuit against the The City of Chicago and the Department of Water Management, since its been managed so poorly. >>>>> www.theguardian.com/environment/2016/jun/03/water-lead-testing-cheats-philadelphia-flint-crisis

In the short run what we CAN utilize methods of purifying water. One would be to apply a water filter onto every faucet in your residence, this should decrease your exposure to lead. Once your water is filtered you should alkalize it to regulate your pH. pH stands for “potential for hydrogen” and is important to our cellular growth. Keeping our bodies pH in an alkalized state is the first defense against disease since diseases thrive in acidic environment. Another option would to simply buy bottled alkaline water such as Essentia.

THERE’S NO DOUBT IN MY MIND THAT LEAD POISONING FROM BIRTH THROUGH ADULTHOOD CONTRIBUTES SIGNIFICANTLY TO AN INCREASE IN CRIMINAL ACTIVITY, NOT ONLY IN CHICAGO BUT NATIONWIDE. FURTHERMORE, WE MUST REMAIN COGNIZANT OF WHAT MAINSTREAM MEDIAS GOAL IS AND THAT IS TO DEMONIZE BLACK PEOPLE AS WELL AS OVER PUBLICIZE WHAT HAPPENS IN BLACK COMMUNITIES. INTRACOMMUNAL VIOLENCE IS PUBLICIZED MORE IN ORDER TO PUSH THE MYTH OF THE SUPER PREDATOR. WE’RE NOT SAVAGES THE SYSTEM IS SAVAGE FOR SPREADING CONFUSION AND MISINFORMATION!

In my opinion, it shows how the City of Chicago and the Department of Water Management has failed us and therefore be held responsible for their lackadaisical approach in distributing this pertinent information. When Los Angeles and New York changed their pipes in the 1940s and 50s Chicago should’ve followed suit. Chicago used lead pipes up until they were banned in the late 80s so it’s no wonder why we see exponential increases instances of violence in the Windy and nation wide. If any of this information disturbs you please call your local officials and Chicago’s Department of Water Management at (312) 744-4420.
